We have the following jobs available ;
You will be providing care in peoples own homes, so a DRIVING LICENCE and a car will be needed as you will be driving to and from service users homes in and around Colchester.
Duties will include; personal care, washing, showering, medication, light cleaning and some laundry duties.
Experience is not essential but is desirable, full training will be provided , a good work ethic and the willing to go that extra mile for the service users is essential.
All job offers are subject to a DBS check, and you will be required to pay £35 for this.
Our day is split into two shifts A.M staring at 07:00 and P.M starting at 15:30
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKEND SHIFTS with days off in the week

Part Time Care Assistant
Same as above but part time hours ( please note our Rotas run from 07:00 to 22:00 )
Live In Carer
Due to our continuing success, we have opportunities for a FEMALE support worker job seekers to provide 24 hour, 7 days a week live-in care for people in their own homes in Colchester, Essex.The job role will be to provide on a daily (24 hour, 7 day a week basis) a level of care based on the needs of our Service Users which may include washing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation,housework, social outings into the community and assisting service users with their medication. Please note that this role will be either a live in position or set fixed hours during the day for seven days a week. E.g 7:00 a.m untill 10:00pm that can be split into a.m/p.m shifts.
Depending on a assessment this will be done prior to any interviews.
We are looking for a support worker who is able to work on a 1 to 1 basis in the CM2 area. The candidate will need experience in Learning disability support and knowledge how to implement person centered care. Personal care and access to community is required.
This role will require some sleep nights as part of the working pattern.

Knowledge of safeguarding and obtaining documents to ensure staff can work legally.
Must be a driver
Proven track record of winning new business.
Be able to demonstrate action plan for a new set up (this will be essential for all candidates)
Be able to provide accurate Monthly figures and projections.
Be able to be on call at weekends
